Finishing Department

■ GaoLing factory has 5 CNC lathes and 23 CNC milling machines.

■ Using Japanese FANUC and Japanese Mitsubishi control systems.

■ The 24-hour constant-temperature (20±1℃) production and processing workshop and the dedicated equipment for the scroll process ensure the dimensional stability of the metal.

■ Use aviation-grade aluminum materials. It is necessary to let it stand in a constant temperature and humidity environment for more than 6 hours.

■ The processing accuracy can reach as high as 3µm.

Component Inspection Workshop

■ Zeiss three-coordinate measuring instrument for precise detection.

■ Apply the measurement and detection systems from Renishaw of the UK and Heidenhain of Germany.

■ Before the products are dispatched from the warehouse, they will undergo pre-operation and performance testing.

■ Full life tests and various performance tests for major components (bearings, grease, tip seals, etc.) of all models of air ends.
