Working principle of oil-free scroll air compressor
Scroll air compressor is composed of two dynamic and static scroll disks engaged with each other. In the process of suction, compression and exhaust, the static disk is fixed on the frame, and the dynamic disk is driven by the eccentric shaft and restricted by the anti-rotation mechanism. It rotates in a planar motion with a small radius around the center of of static disk base. The gas is sucked into the periphery of the static disk through the air filter element. With the rotating of eccentric shaft, the gas is gradually compressed in a number of crescent-shaped compression chambers which combined by the static and dynamic disks, and then continuously discharged via the exhausted port at the static disk center.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
-
The orbiting scroll rotates in the order shown in figure 1-2-3-4
-
Air is compressed and discharged from air outlet at the center of the fixed scroll plant
-
The volume of crescent-shaped compression chamber gradually decreases
-
The air is recirculated and compressed
