The belt type oil free scroll air compressor pairs a standard power-frequency motor with the Hejun scroll element through a belt drive. It covers 2.2 kW to 55 kW (3-75 hp) at 0.8-1.0 MPa, and with 1-10 scroll units inside one enclosure it reaches capacities from 0.24 m3/min up to several cubic metres per minute. It is the economical choice for steady, full-load operation where the extra cost of a permanent magnet drive is not justified.

Belt type or PM type – which should I choose?
Choose the belt type if the compressor runs at full load for long periods and budget is the priority. Choose the PM type if air demand varies, if you want the lowest energy bill, or if noise must be minimal.
What is the maximum pressure?
0.8 MPa as standard and 1.0 MPa on request. Higher pressures can be discussed for OEM projects.
How many scroll units are inside a 15 kW model?
15 kW is built from four 3.7 kW scroll units, which is why the range extends smoothly from 2.2 kW to 55 kW.
