The dry oxygen compressor air end is a scroll compression module designed specifically for oxygen service. Because the scroll chamber contains no oil, the oxygen stream stays uncontaminated – the reason scroll technology is preferred over oil-lubricated or diaphragm alternatives in oxygen generation and medical gas systems. Models cover 2.2 kW, 3.7 kW and 5.5 kW with inlet pressures from 0 to 0.05 MPa and outlet pressure up to 0.75 MPa.

Why use a scroll compressor for oxygen?
Oxygen reacts with hydrocarbon lubricants. A scroll compressor has no oil in the compression chamber, which removes the contamination and fire risk associated with oil-lubricated compressors.
What inlet pressure does it accept?
0 to 0.05 MPa at the inlet, with outlet pressure up to 0.75 MPa depending on model.
