The belt drive oil free scroll compressor air end covers 2.2 kW, 3.7 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW at 8-10 bar, with TUV Rheinland Class 0 certification. It is the compression module behind many oil-free scroll compressors on the market: quiet, almost vibration-free, and with a maintenance interval far longer than a piston or screw alternative because there is no oil to change.

What is the difference between this air end and the PM air end?
This air end is driven by a belt from a standard motor, so speed can be changed with pulleys and the cost is lower. The PM air end uses a direct-coupled permanent magnet motor for higher efficiency at partial load.
Can I use my own motor and pulley?
Yes. The air end is supplied with a shaft and pulley interface so you can match it to your own motor and enclosure.
Is a 10 bar version available?
Yes, 1.0 MPa versions are available for all models in the range.
