Oil Free Scroll Air Compressors, 2.2-55 kW

These are complete oil free scroll air compressors from 2.2 kW to 55 kW (3-75 hp), delivering 100% oil-free air at 8-10 bar. Two drive options cover different priorities: the belt type uses a standard power-frequency motor for steady full-load duty and lower purchase cost, while the PM type uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with variable frequency control to save 10-30% energy where air demand fluctuates.From 7.5 kW upward the compressors are built from 2-10 parallel scroll modules in one enclosure, so capacity scales smoothly without changing the service concept. All models deliver Class 0 air for medical, laboratory, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and electronics applications, and run quietly enough - around 50 dB in the small sizes - for indoor installation.
